Swing Stage Training
Helping with the Basics of Supervising
A popular course for our supervisors is our Basics of Supervising class. This is a recommended class for anyone who is in charge of an entire crew including foremen and site managers. This is a comprehensive, two day class, that comes with a certificate upon successful completion. The class covers a range of topics including basic health and safety programs, your legal responsibility, and various elements necessary for appropriate supervision. Further, this class will go over proper communication and motivation necessary to keep a safe and healthy worksite. We will teach supervisors about proper job site investigation and how to handle fatalities on the job should they occur. Our team at Construction Workplace Safety Training Ltd. is passionate about workplace safety. Aside from helping construction sites run more thoroughly and efficiently, we want people to have a safe and secure jobsite for all of their valuable employees.
Swing Stage training is often called Suspended Access training. At Construction Workplace Safety Training Ltd., we offer a two-day course on Suspended Access training. During the first day of training, our course will focus on the user and operator training for suspended access users. This will cover the various functions and limitations of the equipment, as well as appropriate anchors and supports. Swing stage training is important for people who will regularly work at heights and will commonly use a suspension support system. The second day of this training will focus solely on suspended access installation. This part of the course includes a thorough written examination to fully understand the functionality of the riggings and supports, the principles of various suspension lines, as well as a component on electrical wiring. Trust the team at Construction Workplace Safety Training Ltd. to train your employees to be safe, knowledgeable, and thorough at any height.
